JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior IVVQ Engineer to lead Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test strategy, system validation, defect management, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IVVQ activities and define test strategies. Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Manage functional, integration, system, regression, and acceptance testing. Ensure requirement-to-test-case traceability and quality standards. Identify, track, prioritize, and resolve defects with development teams. Perform database validation using SQL queries and stored procedures. Support testing in Linux environments. Review test reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. Required Skills Strong experience in IVVQ and test strategy development. Expertise in functional, integration, system, and regression testing. Hands-on experience in defect management and root-cause analysis. Knowledge of SQL, databases, and stored procedures. Familiarity with JIRA, Bugzilla, ALM, or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline. ISTQB Foundation Level certification is mandatory. ISTQB Advanced Level certification is preferred. Experience: 8-12 years
