Experience: 5+ Years D365 Experience: 3+ Years Work Mode: Remote / Contract Shift: US Shift / US Business Hours Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure experience to support business requirements, solution design, integrations, testing, and optimization of D365 applications in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder management, UAT, Agile/Scrum, and a good understanding of Azure-based integration with Dynamics 365. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and technical teams. Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP modules and related business processes. Support D365 integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps. Prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional documentation. Coordinate UAT, testing, defect tracking, and business validation. Identify process improvements and ensure solutions align with business requirements. Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience as a D365 Business Analyst, D365 Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst with Azure integration exposure are highly preferred.
